I think the main point the speaker is trying to make is that teenagers are more likely to take risks when they are exposed to it frequently. I disagree with her, I say this because not everyone is the same. Although studies show that teenagers take risks and are more willing to when they are exposed people are still fearful and will deny the chance they get to take a risk.

The main point the speaker is trying to make is that teenagers want to make risks rises once they're used to making risks, so they're aren't as worried anymore. She's trying to explain why that occurs. I don't agree nor disagree with her, I think teenagers are going to do what they want regardless and nothing will really change that factor.

I think the speaker is trying to say that once teens get used to something that they are essentially opposed to in the beginning, they end up getting a sense that what they are doing is okay and that it won’t do anything that bad because they’ve already tried it. And once they get this feeling, they are more likely to increase their participation in said activity.

My overall reaction is that teenagers widely participate in the domino affect without even realizing it, and for some it may become a risk or health hazard. This really doesn't make me reassess my behaviors or choices because I think a teenager is going to do what they want even if they have a million people telling them not to, and that may make them want to do it more.
