Next week in our Jolly Phonics lesson, we will learn the sound "f". As part of the PYP unit "How we express ourselves", we will improve our reading comprehension skills by preparing a fun book report in the form of a sandwich about the storybook we read.

Next week we'll be learning the "b" sound in our Jolly Phonics lesson. As part of the PYP unit, we will make and tell our own storybook. We will start learning stations and we will work on improving our listening-reading-writing and speaking skills.This week,I've sent the sandwich book that they created using their imagination and I asked them to talk about their book at home.  I appreciate your support to make them talk about the book.

We have completed the sounds we targeted as part of our Jolly Phonics program. Next week, we will repeat what we have learned throughout the year with fun activities in the reading-writing-listening and speaking areas at the learning stations.
We focused on creating a story in our English lessons in the unit called How we Express Ourselves, and as a summative assessment, we will create a story and voiceover next week.

This week is our Portfolio week, so until Wednesday we will be doing activities to complete our preparations, other days we will play fun games and revise vocabulary and sounds.
On Wednesday, our students will do activities in 4 different stations that you can observe how their speaking-writing-listening and reading skills' ve improved. I would like to remind you that having a constructive and positive attitude during and after the portfolio will be very beneficial for our student's motivation to learn.
