I was really shocked when I heard the news that you'll be leaving already. It will not be the same without you, Nishimura-san.

This past few months and years has been really great. Your leadership, taking on the tasks, giving us support and helping us with the communication with our clients. Even though it was stressful, it was really fun and chill working with you. I am glad that I have met you and worked with you. I've learned so much.

Even though it's only been a few years, it feels like we have been working together for quite longer. I think this is because you have always made it easy for the team to work with you. 

Your attitude and professionalism helped foster a nice and friendly environment for all of us. I will miss our calls and chats (both work and non-work related) even though you were already working late at night for some of them haha. I really learned a lot from you on how to communicate with clients, plan releases, and deliver results.
