I'm 23 years old and from Negeri Sembilan. I loves reading and watching Kdramas. 

If there is one thing that i can learn to make myself become better on every aspect, i think to be someone who is creative thinking and being passionate person.What i learnt from myself before was i tend to stay at the limit that i put on myself that make me keep doing the same thing. I think that i need to be passionate on doing something i like so that i can be happy do what i want.
Also by having a creative thinking or mindset can leads to innovation as to help or create more ideas toward something that i work on. Also creative thinking is the ability to consider something in a new way in which that i lack and not really good and might be use when i need to solve the problem. 
Creative thinking skills like writing, communication skills is something i need to enhance and delevop more as this is very important for career oppurtunities. What more is I think I need to talk more with people so that I can get more opinions and also can share information. Speaker's experience/qualifications : When he taking singing lessson and his teacher ask him to breathe with his diaphragm.Its may look easy as its our natural breath but the real fact is it was very difficuilt to do. Same like when we need to think out of the box. Its easy and simple but very hard to do. 

4. One(1) paragraph describing the video content(what it was about, who was it targeted) : In this video he tell us on how to get out of the box, where to go and how to come back inside the box because that's where we live. Why we need to out of the box ? To think creatively and to go out of the box is not a luxury but its necessity for us and for our dignity as human beings. When we out of the box, which box that we want to talk about ? To think about it we must have a clear definition so that we can talk about something specific as its a boundary within our minds, about what we know and what we haven't still or yet thought about. We might have ideas toward some topic but if we want to go out of the box ,we need to add something more in which goes beyond the convergent information to cross the border of our minds. 

5. One(1) paragraph personal reaction to the video ;  
'when you think creatively there's no single answer, there are many possible alternatives'.

What i learnt from this video is how we want to think out of the box or creative thinking works and become more creative all that I need is simply to open my mind.If we look and think at different perspective, you can be creative

As being said, we have the ability to focus on ourself and the ways we actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't 
align with our internal standards. 

When we have self awareness, we could focus on what we should change or lets it be as what it is. Put simply, those who are highly self-aware can interpret their actions, feelings, and thoughts objectively. 

Self awareness is important for all of us because we are able to recognize the effect that we have on others. Those who have self awareness show that they are happier and have better relationships. 

Last, it also gaves us self confidence as we can on our own decisions. When we look outward, we understand how people view us.
