1. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy  cooking food, going shopping and decorating my house.
 2. Schools in my   Province  are almost located in Rural area, so they are quite small. The teachers there are so kind and helpful. The students are nice but quite shy when they are speaking English.
 3.  I'm worry about how to design an effective course to my colleages, the way to transfer to them effectively and how to  answer the difficult questions from my colleages.

-> Before I design my training course, I'll conduct my analysis for the information i need through the tool provided

2. My school is in the centre of the district with 36 classes and more than one thousand and five hundred students. It is big and beautiful.

3. I am concerned about how to share to other teachers the content of the training course, especially designing lesson plan because there are many different types of lesson plans.

2. My school is in the countryside where the people, especially the children are friendly but sometimes quite shy. 

3. One thing I worry when I train other teachers is that they could not attain what and how I convey to them .  

 

A. Three activities I enjoy doing when I’m not teaching: Surfing the Internet, visit my grandparents/ my parents and taking part in Zumba class.

B. Two facts about my school: It’s a big and beautiful school with forty teachers and nearly 1000 students. My students are lovely and they are interested in learning English but sometimes they’re also active.

C. I am quite worried about how to share the knowledge effectively with my colleagues, how to answer their difficult questions.

- I will get data/ information from all of my colleagues in my district.

- I will distribute the survey to all the teachers at the beginning of the school year or right after this course ends and ask them to complete it in a limited time (eg. one week).
