I really appreciate the environment created when everybody has a role to play. Collaboration says that everybody can contribute in some form or another. The main take away that I had was that everybody will make smarter decisions when they collaborate. There are multiple ways to solve issues and hearing different ideas push each educator to listen as much as they contribute.
