Sin Ken Robinson's critique of traditional education and its relevance to current discussions on encouraging creativity in educational settings led to the selection of this essay's theme. The thesis, which emphasized the value of creativity in education and the limitations of standard schooling in fostering it, was developed after extensive research into Ken's work and associated literature. Sir Ken Robinson and his main points were presented first in the outline, which was then followed by instances and proof to back up his claims. Finally, a summary and call to action for a more inclusive educational system were included. The TED Talk and works of Sir Ken Robinson served as primary sources, and his views were further supported and contextualized by secondary sources. By emphasizing Robinson's qualifications, teasing his critique with thought-provoking questions, and establishing the context for the conversation on creativity in education, the introduction held the audience's attention. Robinson's experience and his use of gripping tales and factual information to captivate the audience's academic and emotional attention allowed him to gain credibility. The screenplay was more effective because peer participation made it easier to provide comments on its coherence, clarity, and persuasive strategies. The most beneficial criticism of the rewrite was that it concentrated on improving the language, bolstering the argument, and adding storytelling components. Structures including tone, parallelism, and repetition were used to make the text easier to read, highlight important ideas, and elicit feelings from the reader. A conversational tone, the use of rhetorical techniques to emphasize points, and the timing of the script to ensure a good oral presentation were all included in the delivery process. While writing for speech created difficulties in striking a balance between verbal fluency and in-depth analysis, it also provided a platform for direct audience participation and artistic expression. If we were to start over, we could put more of a focus on taking into account other viewpoints and looking into possible answers to the problems that Robinson described. My awareness of the value of creativity in education and the need for change to keep up with the fast-changing world has grown due to writing the screenplay.

The analysis of the public art commissioning process, with particular attention to Banksy's "Girl with a Balloon," was selected as the topic because it is important to the investigation of the many purposes of art in public areas and its influence on the public conversation. Examining Banksy's artwork, comprehending the public art procurement procedure, and investigating the social and cultural importance of art in public areas were all part of the research process. This influenced the creation of the thesis, which emphasized how public art promotes community involvement, identity building, and social interaction. The plan outlined the idea of public art, examined Banksy's "Girl with a Balloon" as a case study, evaluated its effects on the selected public area, and concluded with more general implications for commissioning art to develop important points on the social, cultural, and aesthetic elements of public art, primary materials included Banksy's artwork and remarks, which were then reinforced by academic articles, news stories, and cultural assessments. The opening piqued the interest of the audience by stressing the value of public art in urban settings, presenting Banksy as a well-known artist, and hinting at the examination of "Girl with a Balloon" as the main focus. The investigation of Banksy's influence on culture throughout the world and the use of gripping narratives and illustrations to captivate the audience's attention both academically and emotionally helped to establish credibility. Peer review improved arguments and strengthened the script's persuasiveness by offering comments on coherence, clarity, and depth of analysis. The editing process most benefited from comments that concentrated on strengthening the examination of Banksy's creative methods, elucidating the relevance of "Girl with a Balloon" in the discourse of society, and honing the findings. To elicit strong feelings, highlight important ideas, and keep the plot moving forward, the script made use of structural components like tone, imagery, and storytelling methods. Using descriptive language to create vivid visuals, timing the screenplay for an effective oral presentation, and keeping a conversational yet authoritative tone were all important delivery concerns. There were difficulties in finding a balance between language fluency and analytical depth when writing for speech, but there were also chances for artistic expression and direct audience connection through vivid narrative. Should one begin anew, greater attention may be directed toward investigating alternate viewpoints about the function of public art and integrating a more diverse array of case studies to enhance the study. Writing the screenplay increased awareness of public art's transforming power in urban settings and demonstrated how it can promote social engagement, a sense of community, and cross-cultural discourse.
