While I do not think that I incorporate my first goal into every lesson, I do think that I am more intentional about making real-world connections, which has lead to more authentic student engagement.  My STEAM lessons have required students to think critically and have helped me begin to work towards building a more STEAM-focused classroom culture. I have enjoyed incorporating technology in meaningful ways, and my students have become adept at collaboration. I find it challenging to fit my STEAM assessments into traditional grades.
