Most people might have experienced moving from place to place, trying to get themselves chosen to be part of "certifications and skills"-needing matter such as going into a college, higher institutions, workplace (job hiring) and that of which are related. This would especially started when those who finished at least middle school at average.

Yet if a person is the best fit, employers would pay according to what is suitable for a certain participants but sometimes people pay according to skills of experience which is unfair for new non-in service graduates.
