         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is used by business professionals and teachers.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a great tool for almost everyone.  It is easy to set up and control and it's FREE!!!<br><br>It works with most platforms and people usually sign in with a google or Microsoft account.<br><br>Learners share and record and share short videos (with loads of tools and effects) with a class or learning community.  It can be used with so many things from class discussions to explaining a key concept etc. It also now has a nice screen casting feature so you can do up to 10mins of screen recording.<br><br>Here is a Common Sense Media review of it.          <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a great tool for ES teachers - it's not as robust as it could be but it's engaging for the students.  Doug also has Mystery Doug with 5 mins of catchy videos about science.  It is FREE for the first year and then about $100 dollars a year after. <br><br>I love using Mystery Science with my kids because it gives them great videos to introduce a topic and now a lot of the science activities can be done simply at home.<br><br>Here is a review on Common Sense Media about it:<br>https://www.commonsense.org/education/website/mystery-science</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The tool is mainly for teachers to use with students.  It can be used by students and parents to assess a number of different dimensions across a multitude of core subject areas.  <br><br>There is a free version and a paid up subscription (more tools and unlimited assessments in ELA and Math - we didn't add on SS or Science this year as it was extra)<br><br>I've only used it on computers but it is pretty easy to use and set up and you can assign things to Google Classroom.  The only slight issue is the access to the platform is not as secure as you'd like.<br><br>Here is a review on Common Sense Media - https://www.commonsense.org/education/website/freckle</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is a fun way to randomly pick students to share their thinking.  It was used by Rita and recommended and I tried it out today and the students loved it and cheered along as people got called.  <br><br>It is a website that you add in all the names and you can remove them so they won't get called again.</div>]]></description>
