On Sunday I could take a little breath when I went to Beriso with my family to celebrate mother's day. It was an enjoyable day but I ended up completely full because of all of the delicious food that I had eaten.

Then on Sunday, I visited my grandparents and helped them in the garden, which made me feel really peaceful. I learned how to plant properly, and it actually made me appreciate nature a lot more. It was the perfect mix of fun and calm. I wish every weekend felt like that!

This event made me feel content and grateful for having new wonderful people in my family

In the morning I was kinda sad because I wouldn't be able to be with my family on Mother's day, but laughing with my friends made me fell happier

With my family we all gathered together at my grandmother's house to celebrate mother's day.

My mom baked a cake which looked delicious and because she was playing with my sister, I had to put the cake on the table. Suddlenly, it slipped and fell into the decorated table. It was a total disaster, I was stunned for the mess I made. However, we all laughed about it.

This reminded me that even the unexpected moments, we made the best and funniest memories.

On Saturday morning, I went shopping while my mother was cutting my youngest brother's hair. On my way back, my brother started complaining to the way my mother was cutting his hair. Minutes later, I went to visit my grandmother to spend the sunny day with her. I've slept in her couch but I spent an amazing day.

On Sunday morning, as it was Mother's Day, I woke up at dawn to buy some snacks and chocolate bars to give them as a present to my mother. Then, I prepared some mates with the snacks I'd bought. A while later, my mother, brother and I went to my grandmother's house to celebrate it with my uncle who picked us up at home. My mother and I made empanadas and he fried them in a bowl with grease on the barbecue at my grandma's courtyard. We also visited our aunt and her newborn grandson, a beautiful baby boy💖

It could be even more better if Argentina won the Sub 20 World Cup haha but it doesn't matter! I'm glad that they reached to the final, at least.

To begin, I went to a Brazilian festival with some Brazilian friends. We were all delighted to share an exceptional time together. They introduced me to the Brazilian food, culture and language, which I'm really interested in.

I was really amazed by the Portuguese. Indeed, what I enjoyed the most was that I started to speak my first words and phrases in the language.

After all, we all felt very interested in sharing cultures and languages. I think that this experience is a great opportunity to make new friends and learn about a new culture and language.

I felt frustrated and tired, since I didn’t trust myself.

Therefore, I decided to go out of my apartment to relax.

While I was walking toward the shop, my phone rang.

It was my mom, and we talked about how I was feeling.

She told me she loved and missed me, and those words truly inspired me. From that moment, I started to believe in myself and my abilities.

Last weekend was a rollercoaster. I couldn't wait for it to come. Last week was week of exams at uni, so each day started with me feeling like I needed to prepare to enter the battle field.

I was barely getting through the week but the promise of each day passing by kept me going. By Friday afternoon I felt like a war hero, almost tasting victory. But little did I know what victory really tasted like...

I stepped into the weekend feeling work out but Sunday finally came and everything took a turn. It was mother's day.

It was midday, my family and I were having lunch at Home. Mom was radiant. Suddenly the food started tasting saltier, sticker. It was hard to swallow and my vision was blurry.

I was tasting my own tears, but I wasn't sad. This time was different, There was something warm about the air. Then I came to a realization... I was in fact tasting victory.
