We don't have to disrespect the teacher.
It is allowed to drink water if I have throat problems.

TAEKWONDO
My favorite sport is, Taekwondo, is a very difficult sport, it requires physically demanding activity and agility, it is very good because it helps flexibility, in addition to keeping in mind values such as: perseverance, patience, tolerance, leadership and adaptation to the environment.

RULES

Participants must wear the required protective gear, including a helmet, chest guard, shin guards, and gloves during sparring.
Athletes must not strike the opponent's spine area during a match.

I learned this sport two years ago, then that I started to love it. The first thing you need is a racquet and a ball, that if you want play alone, but if you have a couple is diferent 'cause you will have two racquets, one ball, one mesh and a table. In the game always you use your hands thats are your must important tool I almost forgot always you nedd to be focus.

The rules of the game is not complicated, there are:

In my school we mustn't to bring our phones, we mustn't dyed our hair, nails painted, record videos inside the school or classrooms and our backpacks mustn't be colored, they can only be black.
But we have thing we have to do, for example, study for our exams, also we have to go every day with the correct uniform, we are allowed to drink water in class in case it is very necessary, also we must raise our hand before speak and We must be respectful with the teachers and our classmates.

Now i'll talk about my favorite sport, it is ping pong, why? because for me it's the easier sport to play, lately I'm practicing it more than normal because I'm preparing for the Olympics at my school, I practice it with one of my friends and she is very good, even if she doesn't belive it, she's the best parner i could ask for.
To play ping pong we need to be attentive all the time and be very skillful with our arms because we must use rackets that we hold with our hands. I love this sport very much!

Voleyball
It is a difficult sport in where have to be concentrated much this is the rules.
1.- The players mustn´t can enter the opposing team´s field.

For the game the form on the fist is used, only three touches can be made because the fourth is a foul.

Fav sport:

When someone asks me this question, it's very complicated for me to give a response because I don't personally like any sport, but if I had to say something I think I'd choose swimming, It's the one I dislike the least, or at least the one I enjoy the most.
I think I dislike sports because when I was younger my parents told me I had to do one mandatorily, and at that time I didn't know much of sports, so I had nothing to choose, and they started to bring me to a lot of academies, and I had no option.
However, when I start swimming I feel like flying but in the water. And I am, or was, very good at it. In my good old days I used to win a lot of competitions, and I think I had much talent, also a lot of people told me that, I remember they used to call me "motorcito" because I was really fast. But whatever, that's another story.

Swimming rules:

Always respect the starting order and time is essential, since this is how the competition will start.
Always take the correct starting position.
Follow the corresponding meters designated in the competition.
The movements of the arms must be simultaneous
Regardless of the style, the fingers must always be the first to thrust.
At the end of each sequence, the swimmer's body must touch the wall.
