Hence if parents does not pay, can the FM still be transferred to their new sec school however it will still be under school ownership? Coz in your slide it was mentioned secondary school onwards, it will be student ownership.

    A p1 boy (also diagnosed with ASD) was just fitted with a FM system. Parent feedback that 'she doesn't trust child to bring home device daily' but school has difficulty maintaining the device (e.g. charging/ cleaning).
