Lucy is struggling with her ISP tasks. Since the start she has achieved X% progression, but this has only increased by Y% since the last progress review.
One positive impact is that she is now more confident in writing Emails within her work.
One possible reason for the lack of progress is that she doesn't feel she is getting her 20% OTJ training time due to her workload. Lucy has not completed this target as she says she does not find the content engaging.

She also stated that she has not always been given time to complete her targets.

By successfully completing the “English – Comprehension(L2)” lesson in ISP, Lucy will gain skills that will support her when she created the documents she will use as part of her portfolio.

A discuss will take place with her employer to ensure Lucy is given the time to complete her apprenticeship tasks.

These aims were embedded naturally today when we went through the learners last written evidence they uploaded to their portfolio, where we reflected on the importance of checking written work for spelling and grammar prior to uploading their work.

Learners know how to upload evidence directly to EP, and can access the Fuse learning materials though he/she. pc
