I believe he may have been somewhat correct as many may have never been truly educated and may have not been properly taught certain etiquette.<br>2.) Kipling's way of viewing imperialism as a part of life. I do not agree as he seems to see it as he sees it like assimilating those who are uncivilized.</div>]]></description>
