This is important because sometimes hate crimes Asian Americans experience is not talked about in the media.

Another way we can fight anti-Asian racism is to learn strategies for how to be an active bystander. Sometimes it can be hard to say something in the moment, but if you're prepared to be an active bystander, you will be more likely to intervene and respond when someone is experiencing a racist attack.
