Causes:

Parental influence

Restlessness

Release of tension

Thesis statement: Factors that may lead someone to twitch or shake their legs while sitting are parental influence, restlessness, and release of tension.

Firstly, it is evident that while sitting, one may twitch or shake their leg to release tension. This peculiarity is indeed a common habit, especially in students regardless of their age. To prove this point, this happens due to the build-up of anxiety, hence causing it to exacerbate tremendously over time. Therefore, teenagers start to develop a habit of twitching their legs as they age. They might start off by moving or gliding their legs while sitting at a slow pace and after some time, the pace will gradually increase. Students have this unconscious urge to distract themselves, thus relieving their tension. In conclusion, it is obvious that an individual might twitch or shake their legs while sitting to relieve stress.

BAD HABITS:

1.	Procrastinating

2.	Scrolling through our phones in the dark right before bed

3.	Excessive pen clicking

Thesis statement:

There are several bad habits that people may commonly have which include procrastinating, scrolling through our phones in the dark right before bed and excessive pen clicking.

BODY PARAGRAPH :

First and foremost, procrastination is one of the most typical bad habits in society. This is because procrastination can stem from perfectionism. A perfectionist may postpone their work over and over due to the fear of inadequate quality of work. This habit is common in students especially amidst the pandemic, where most of them are studying via online meetings and other educational applications such as Google Classroom. For example, a student may put off their assignment repeatedly until the deadline is near, because they want their work to be ‘’perfect’’ or of the best quality. This desire roots from the fear that as they do their work, they will make mistakes which will waste their time or effort. Consequently, when the deadline arrives, they get hit by a wave of time pressure and mental distress. This in turn, will affect the quality of their assignment as well as increase the tendency to get burned out. With that, procrastination is a bad habit that exists especially amongst students like us.

Answer : Average

Causes :
1. To achieve our goals in life
2. Find simple solutions when faced with an obstacle
3. Only mediocre grades
4. Have average time management skills

Thesis statement :
The reasons why I am an average student are because I only find simple solutions when facing problems, I have mediocre grades and average time management skills.

Body paragraph :
One of the reasons I am an ordinary student because I have average time management skills. Every student must have their own weaknesses and strengths. In this case, my weakness is managing my time effectively. This is because I can not cooperate with consistency in doing something. For example, I should have done my homework every night after classes but I cannot handle the habit as it makes me bored easily. Procrastination also affects my time management. We can't escape the attitude of being uninspired and lazy as teenagers. Due to this, my study time is limited and my results are passable. Thus, I am an average student because I have bad management time skills.

Diverse Language.

THESIS STATEMENT:
The reasons why immigrants migrate to Malaysia are to look for job opportunities, seek protection from violence in their country and marriage with locals.

BODY PARAGRAPH :
The main factor why immigrants move to Malaysia is because of job opportunities. It is known that Malaysia is still lacking skills in many sectors of the economy. This issue makes Malaysia demanding immigrants to fulfill the need for advanced skills in jobs that are still empty. For instance, Malaysia is still far left behind in Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector compared to other developing countries. Thus, the need for immigrants' skills is highly demanded to develop this particular sector. Because of that, many jobs opportunity is open to immigrants which makes them could easily secure jobs in Malaysia.
