1. The mood for my playlist is mostly a Spanish one. My playlists aims to feature Spanish music and songs that can potentially be changed to Spanish music

2. On my playlist, I chose the songs "Irene" by Rodrigo Amarante and "Agua De Beber" by Gal Costa. The songs are prime examples of mixed culture Spanish songs that have a distinct bossa nova style. The musical elements of these songs are mostly shown in the rythem and Timber of the songs. These two factors makes them distinctly Spanish or latin

3. Each one of the musicians were trying to convey the act of begging for love. The songs all have a focus on metaphorical death. Agua de beber talks about a flower withering and dying without the waters and rains of love. Irene talks about metaphorically starving the singer to death with out the filling nature of love. Both singers are essentially begging these people for their love.

My creative motivation comes from my love of rap music so I'd like to make something someone can spit to. It's important to me that the best flows and whatever melody featured is the catchiest it could possibly be.

3. The music I listen absolutely influences my creativity. I listen to alot of 90s rap so my compositions usually have more funk and R&B influence rather than trap and dubstep. The beats should be natural not over saturated with electronic screeches

All of these songs have a Spanish chill behind them that keeps the songs flowing. There dynamics are relatively soft usually but all three of these songs have forte moments.

3. Just like the last songs I mentioned on my playlist, all of these songs are about love and loss. These pieces have had a theme of hopeless love. I guess it's a theme in chill Spanish songs

Performers get better with practicing. They don't just practice the song however, they also study the structure and meaning of the piece
3. For me, memorization is probably the most important one thing I should practice. I should memorize the entire song by next week and then start to work on my improvisation

1. Irene's sound and dynamic is probably its most important aspect. It's sung softly but it's chords are played at more of a forte. This is contrast imagery. The singing represents the singer and the guitar represents the external third party. This is most likely the girl he's talking about

2. Agua de beber is all about the rythem. It always moves quickly but it still seems pretty chill. It isn't a driving tempo that rushes through itself, but it is also not a slow tempo taking its sweet time. It really works for the song

1. I want my composition to have a driving rythem. A general speed that feels only a little bit rushed but also chill. I like the 90s genre of rap which has more of a beat and instrumental influence rather than an over reliance on bass and sampling.

2. To refine this piece I think I'm gonna to add more of a funk influence. I'll be adding more bass lines to complement this. The songs texture lies in its polyphonic style. Each instrument in the piece should be its own part. Afterwords, if we add vocals, it'll be more biphonic

It's super chill because of it too.

2. Boa sorte is all about the growth. The song feels like a buildup to a big climax before coming back down in a very soothing way. The tone of the song makes its buildup alot more powerful as well.

3. Harmony is an important part of me gusta. There are many parts in the song that wouldn't work if it wasn't for the vocal and in many points it's instrumental harmony.
