Lights(fairy lights)

Pros:

Has this warm diffusing light which lights the atmosphere.

These fairy lights I am using are LED making them Energy efficient.

Very cheap as the ones I bought were only $3

The twinkling lights are an ascetic appeal making people enjoy these lights

Cons:

Battery consumption. These lights run on batteries. This means that the batteries have to be replaced and these light consume a lot of battery power.

Not very bright due to low voltage.

Safety hazards. Although my fairy lights are very safe. There are possibilities where the lights will catch on fire, or short out. Also, the battery storage accessible to kids allowing them to play with the batteries while it is on.

These lights are not really that practical for the outdoors as they must be operated in good conditions .

Pros:

Extremely accurate. The laser engraver matches the details of my design very well

It is faster than other engraving methods

The laser engraver can work on many types of acrylics

Does not waste much material

Cons:

Still time consuming as it takes 20-40 min to engrave an image.

Some types of acrylics can be melted of burnt from the engraver.

Only operational by teachers and experts as it is hard to learn how to operate the machine .

I wanted to add a slot to the top of the box in order to put small items inside the box. This will allow the user to store things such as nostalgic items and/or money. They could also make a time capsule out of it as they could bury the box, or crack it open later in life.

Pros:

Has multiple purposes

Easy to make

Easy to design

No safety hazards

Cons:

Way too basic

Has many limited functions

not able to store items that are bigger than the slot.

In order for people to be able keep small animals alongside them during a plane ride or a roadtrip, users can use their box to store their pet. There are air holes so that the animal can breathe, and a slot on the top so that food can be dropped down. There is also a removable back in order to add some hay, or items to make the pet comfy.

Pros:

Very efficient

Cheap

Interesting and complex

Cons:

Only one purpose

Size limitations

Cannot be tested as I don't have a small pet..

Materials could harm the animal.
