         <description><![CDATA[<div>-The judicial branch interprets laws and decides what they mean<br>-They will decide wether or not they have been followed or not in cases<br>-The federal courts will deal with U.S laws, not state laws<br>-The judges will be chosen by the president and approved by the senate so there is no and they will judge fairly.<br>-Every person will be granted a trial by jury to insist that every case is handled the same way<br>-Federal judges stay on the bench until they die or retire, but if they behave poorly, they will be removed and replaced with a new judge so ideas and thoughts will come in.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Each state has the power to creat and enforce laws<br>-Each state has to respect the laws of other states no matter what their opinion is<br>-If a person who is accused of a crime flees to another state, the state can request the person to be returned and charged so each state is working together<br>-Each state has to have a representative type of government so there will be no sole ruler or king<br>-New states can be admitted with the agreement of Congress and the president so they can’t just join if they want, there has to be mutual agreement</div>]]></description>
