The plan is for my school to become approved in the PYP program.

Where am I now in my learning? We are in the beginning stages of the process. Covid made the process challenging but luckily I have a strong team and we worked together to put together our units of inquiry.

What's the next think I need to improve my learning? I need to learn where the resources are to make the process more efficient.

How do I improve my learning and that of others? • I am nowhere near where I want to be, i am learning everyday. I have to make it my number 1 priority to teach the IB way and to not back track to my old ways.

- I attend PD's whenever I can and bring back the information that i learned to the staff to show them what I learned.

As the only counselor in my building, I can sometimes find myself working alone. As I learned more about how IB defines collaboration, I want to move toward collaborating with staff in my building on as much as possible.  
Where am I now in my learning?
As a staff member who does not have a classroom of students, I am somewhat distanced from IB and forget to reference the great tools that it provides. I am always open to learning more, and collaboration is something that I can easily bring more into my practice as a counselor
What’s the next thing I need to improve in my learning?
I need to continue working on giving my students agency in my counseling work. Sometimes it can be very easy to provide a directed activity, or work within the goals that a teacher or adult is hoping for the child, but we know that student interest and engagement can increase success
How do I improve my learning and that of others?
I will work with my IB coordinator or instructional coach to reflect on my practice, ask questions of my work, and try advocating for my work (which in turn is advocating for student supports)
