• Selama proses service dari pihak IPC berlangsung, Customer dimohonkan untuk tidak login terlebih dahulu kedalam game menggunakan akun yang sedang menerima service dari pihak IPC.

• Jika Customer memiliki kendala tentang apapun itu (contoh : jam login), Customer boleh melakukan diskusi bersama pihak IPC agar mencapai solusi dari kendala milik Customer.

• Service akan dilakukan sesuai urutan ORDER yang diterima oleh pihak IPC, dimohonkan untuk Customer agar dapat bersabar sesuai antrian yang ada.

- Harga tidak akan berubah tergantung build dari customer, namun IPC sendiri tidak menjamin 100% akan tercapai full star di stage yang di request oleh Customer (tergantung kondisi akun masing-masing customer).

- Jika IPC tidak bisa mencapai full star di stage yang di request oleh Customer, maka harga service akan disesuaikan sesuai star yang berhasil didapatkan oleh IPC.

- Untuk durasi service berikut adalah 1 - 2 hari pengerjaan. Dalam periode tersebut, IPC akan mencoba sebisa mungkin (Try Hard) untuk memaksimalkan star yang bisa didapatkan.

- Customer boleh request waktu login untuk service IPC.

- Pihak IPC sendiri boleh melakukan perubahan pada Light cones dan relics character dalam akun Customer sesuai kebutuhan service, Akan tetapi pihak IPC tidak boleh sampai menghilangkan Light Cones maupun Relics milik Customer.

- Untuk upgrade Level character, Light cones, Traces, maupun Relics, pihak IPC harus mendapatkan izin terlebih dahulu dari Customer.
