publicity not restricted to online platforms only, can try to pull people physically before event start.
not too many people even few mins before event, even committees are not yet ready.
some background music before event start, and during buffer time.
no instructions given for the crowd to move and sit in the middle. so that the hall will not look so empty.
emcee give wrong instructions to ask the panellist move to the stage, before introducing them. (ursherers)
emcee should be more flexible.
no one fill in the water for panellist.

Usherers should stay away from their phone first when doing their job bcs I noticed some of them holding their phone and handling the panelists to their place

The usherers were quite confused because sometimes we don't know where the panelist, we're going to wait huhuhu so it's very kucar kacir. And we are also not sure when to invite them to the stage we're soo sorry

I notice in the waiting room the committee members were not interactive with the guest making it very awkward for the guest in the waiting room.

the panelist were so confused when they were invited to the stage, mr rajesh even went upstage on his own (usherers need to be aware and quickly respond)

We only helped during the event . However , before the event during preparations : finding speakers , emailing , KKP and all other works was handled by Shavinaa alone . I feel this should change in the next event and all bureaus should help to make this event better

Actually i don't understand about the waiting room. Is it like no one from committee members should be there? Or like is there any specific bureau that should accompany them in the waiting room? Because there was no proper instruction whether we should leave the room or not, just out of sudden, the guests came in already.

i believe that we need to have at least one rehearsal before the day of the event. because as we can see, there’s a lot of problems and mistake that we made during our first event. it’s not like i’m saying we can’t make mistakes, yes we can and i believe this is the first event for most of us. but i believe that by having a rehearsal, all the problems we made today can be avoided in future events. thus, our event will be smooth as butter :) i hope everyone can learn from this first event.

Can I ask ? for the usherers right, we cannot hold our phones but how do we communicate ? like mcm nak tahu panelist tggu kat mana or boleh ajak panelist masuk dlm dewan bila. Oh and sometimes the panelist tak tggu kat moot court so we had to improvised, for me kalau usherers i think we should wait dekat foyer instead of moot court sebab most of them tggu situ
