Sudmann & Company, a consultancy and management training network, is also owned by him. He devotes a lot of time to motivational activities. He also speaks English, German, and Dutch fluently. He routinely presents these ideas at conferences in Europe, the United States, and Asia. He has won the Belgian and European Public Speaking Championships six times each.

 Lars Sudmann, the speaker in the video, stated that in order to become a leader in an organisation, we must first discover difficulties within ourselves. We must examine what factors led to our becoming a leader in an organisation. We do not need to consult a textbook to be a successful leader; instead, we must consider our environment or our own experiences. If you want to be the best leader, pay attention to three things in this video. The issue is one of self-awareness, in which we must recognise who we are and seek out our real-life objectives. The next step is self-reflection, which requires us to always look in the mirror when solving an issue. The next step is self-regulation, which requires us to discipline ourselves and examine our methods of self-discipline. When we want to be the best leader, we must shovel these three things.

In the video, I learned a lot of things if I want to be a leader or a leader. At the same time, I think the content in this video is very helpful to me now. This is because I am now holding the position of head of the organization in a university association. Therefore, I will always take the contents that are important to change myself into the best leader. For the long term or 90 days will come, I think the contents described in the video are very useful to me. How do I change myself and discipline myself? Additionally, open attitude where I need to accept reprimands whether good or bad reprimand. As a result, I can learn and take lessons from my fault. And the latter is I learned the nature of leadership. Being a leader is not easy. The nature of this leadership needs to be done against yourself through discipline.
