In addition to his photography career, Leland McKee serves as an executive and positive psychology coach. Drawing on the science of positive psychology and mind-body medicine, he conducts research and gives seminars to help guide organizational behavior and leadership development for a variety of organizations. He previously spent more than 20 years as president of Leland & Company, an online retailer created originally as part of eBay. He led the company’s use of an innovative cost-per-click advertising model and guided a split from eBay in 1995. Mr. McKee holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. McKee also completed a post graduate program at Columbia University's College of Business Administration earning alumni status.
