I spend 6 to 10 hours on logging, progress mon., planning and admin tasks

I've been setting aside specific time on Friday mornings in my calendar for logging and keep it recurring to remind myself to do it.

I schedule quiet time when I need to log, complete tasks, etc. It's got to be a big chunk without interruptions.

I don't like unread emails, so stay on top of it and use flags to remind myself when I still need to follow up or respond.

Anything but Italian...I can only explore different foods when I'm not with my family lol.

I try really hard to respond to everything but sometimes miss something. I periodically look through my email to see if I missed anything and make sure to respond then.

I respond to all emails typically in a few hours to 48 hours max. I also respond to more urgent emails first and if there is no level of importance, I respond in the order in which they were received.

Depending on specific workings styles, some may need mandatory timeframes for those tasks, whereas others can be voluntary if these tasks are completed weekly or biweekly.

It's weekly dependent so 6-10 hours.
