* Use site tech leaders as pedagogy coaches, rather than tech support
* Area of focus per trimester?  Prioritize goals for all teachers
* Use lab site day idea to reach teachers?

Maybe working with teachers on growth mindset and being comfortable with facilitating instruction which allows students to go beyond our own capabilities would be beneficial?

Maybe a follow-up question to this would be if the internet comes from a cell provider? If so, it might make it more difficult for students to use wireless beyond cell phones or across multiple devices.
