Knowing their view on identity and individualism, they will not take Prometheus's ideas well. The council will likely try and kill him just like they did the first time. If Prometheus is killed, Gaea–– The Golden One– will be the only one remaining with feelings of passion and urgency toward the importance of individual identity. This concept will be at risk if Prometheus is killed because there would then be a very slim possibility that Gaea could communicate and educate other people about individualism. Most of the people who live in the society that Prometheus comes from are content with their way of thinking. If Prometheus went back to try and convert others to his way of thinking, it would create an uproar that not everyone wants. This is like how some people try and convert others' religions and get them to see the way they see things. However, this is not always whats best for everyone. What he would be doing by going back, would be changing these people's entire way of living and thinking which they will not like. To tell someone something completely different from what they have known their whole life is shocking and uncomfortable for some people to think about. I don't think enough time has passed that he can go back, as it would too great of a risk to what he has found. as it stands, even if he gets a few of his friends to join him, he stands no chance of making a difference, as the entirety of their society revolves around the word of the council, who want to have he put to death.
