One would be how strict the administration was about these rules. Another would be how intrigued the students were about this book. If they were super excited to read it, I feel like there could be some type of loop hole around it. If the teacher wants this book to be apart of his plan that bad then he should go to a PTA meeting to discuss why it’s a good book besides the components that are in it. It would be one thing if the book had adult themes and the students' parents were able to sign a document stating that it is okay for the student to read it. • I don’t remember any of my English teachers having books of such nature for us to read in high school and that could be clearly because of ethics.
• If it were like a “sex-education week”, it could be an exemption
