Movement is the most important thing to keep in mind when you are young learners teacher. 
Also we have to remember they need physical contact because they are really affective. Because of that, we must play with them, hug them, kiss them... 
Moreover, if we speak always in english we should try to explain ourselves with our words but also with our whole body. 
An activity could be go shopping fruits and learn vocabulary.
