The CDs, videos, computer games section was situated in the Northwest of the library, which provided resources for entertainment. Besides, children's books was set up in the northeastern corner.

20 years ago, the library was structured to serve different / a wide range of demands. To the left of the entrance, a reading room was placed to provide periodicals for anyone needed. In the south-east of central library, there was enquiry desk where customers could buy tickets or return books.

Body1: About 20 years ago, the library was structured according to room functions and serving demands. Particularly, to the right of the entrance, the enquiry desk where customers buy tickets and return books. Follow that, going straight to the North of the library, it can be seen an adult non-fiction books and children’s books. In the opposite of the right-side area, there was a reading room where people can find newspapers and magazines while an adult fiction books and entertainment area including: CDs, videos and computer games can be easily seen. In addition, tables and chairs was located in the middle of the library.

Body 2: After the period of 20 years, there has been recorded the disappearance of communal seating area in the central of the library. It is noticeable that the children’s book has been replaced in the area for children which is in the Northward path while its addition of services including: sofas and storytelling events. There has been a lecture room was constructed in the Northeast based on the children’s book before.

At the present time, the communal seating located in the center of libarary has been removed for rearrangement of this place.

It is noticeable that the age-grouped section has witnessed a considerable change. The children's section has been relocated in the northwest of the library, where the entertainment rooms was previously placed. In this room, there has added storytelling events and sofa. Besides, the adult books sections has been narrowed down into a small lane between the new information desk and lecture room.

Currently, many of changes has been carried out starting with the removal of the communal seating area in the middle of the library. The children’s book area has been moved to the north westen conner where the CDs, videos and computer games have been removed entirely and there has also been the storytelling events taking place in the same area. The adult section areas has been narrowd down to a small place between the lecture room locating in the original place of the Children’s book and the new information desk installating in the middle east of the side. Besides, there have been computer room added in the south westen conner and the trasnformation of the enquiry desk into the self service machine in order to promote the abilities of self service and multi-functions without staff supporting. One more significant changes has been carried out is the installation of the all reference books areas on the original place of the Adult fiction books.

In general, after 20 years, there was an upward trend recorded in the production of petroleum and natural gas while that of coal decreased and the tendency of natural gas stabilized amidst the strong fluctuations of the remaining two’s. It is notable that this European nation focused mostly on producing petroleum.
