Troy Vincent Sr. has spent the past decade of his career with the National Football League, headquartered in New York, NY, which he joined as a vice president of player engagement. In this capacity, he developed and implemented programs designed to support players and their families, as well as generating interest in these initiatives. As part of these efforts, Mr. Vincent brought together coaching and front office advisors to focus on improving and maintaining standards in hiring practices. After four years in the role, he became the executive vice president of football operations for the New York, NY-based organization. Alongside directly overseeing football operations, Troy Vincent works to develop a culture that promotes innovation and training while protecting the NFL’s brand. Outside of New York and Virginia, Mr. Vincent has worked with the NFL Players Association in Washington, DC.
