However, it was in this class that I learned how to find better evidence and how to apply literary devices for essays. While in English 3-4 I learned to build a proper rebuttal essay. With our final project, we had a controversial essay assignment where you supported your side of the argument and also rebuttal, disapproving the opposition. </div>]]></description>

Night saw a young boy become a man through terrible experiences he was forced through. House on Mango Street saw a young girl realize the lens through which she viewed the world was wrong narrow-minded.<br><br>P is for Pathos. Pathos is a tool writers use to persuade and convince readers. Pathos uses the reader's emotions. It is most effective when balanced with logos (logic based arguments) and ethos (credibility based arguments).</div>]]></description>
