My name is Cristal Lombana, I decided to become a teacher because I've always had a strong passion for gaining knowledge and helping others to learn, also I want to make a positive impact each student who walks through my door. I believe that getting to know students and their families forms meaningful relationships which in turn motivates children to learn more.

This was a student-centered lesson focused on Forces Around Us. I created 7 different stations, with QR codes, opportunities for enrichment and and a journal entry booklet for the students to take to each station.

All of my children attend NISD schools, and I have found that year after year, the teachers and staff that make up NISD truly want their students to succeed. They provide endless resources and materials for each and every student to reach their highest potential. They embrace them with an environment that my children do not want to leave, and I would be honored to begin a career with NISD.
