This new work continues Keegan's previous work exploring memory, history, dress and decoration, which often combines a variety of mediums - textiles, painting, copy art and media experimentation. Structures of Time combines copy art, hand-cutting and digital collage, superimposing ten seating designs with a photograph of the artist in her thirties, taken at Brixton Station, where Keegan first lived after moving to London, holding a recently taken selfie.

Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
