Feeling siloed (esp w/ pandemic), inventory for schools to establish guidance on implementation

Challenging beliefs with empathy and respect; feeling good about own work, support to build capacity in others 

Desire to do more, not quite sure how, wanting partnership; calling people in

Wanting to partner-synergy; partnering w/ admin; concerns around how to address parent pushback and include community stakeholders

Uplifting equity work in schools and within parent communities;

Meeting staff where they are at while nudging them forward; opportunities to share stories of families; 

Appreciated the vulnerability; personal commitment to the work, but in different spaces on the "how" (action steps vs more learning); elevating the work in schools

Opportunities to practice (talking through prompts w/ others)

Momentum in schools, but how do we take it to the next level and do more to address the problem?

Lack of racial/ethnic diversity and also more racism within the community; looking for curriculum to support with this. Good work happening around supporting students who are diverse in other ways.
