Region XI- “ability to really navigate and knowing how to survive — correlated to skill depending on the circumstance —which option is less damaging— risk assessment”

SOCCKSARGEN- “unite even in discord— what is that specific skill? You should know your position for the good and the bad of the community. What is the goal for the certain situation…once they are not in good terms, you should find a way on how to fix the situation”

Region VIII- “define what is politics and what is technocracy — offering our expertise measured through the technical assistance we are supposed to extend to the LGU we are serving, which is already governed in terms of work. Beyond the usual things we do, more than the official work, we should be able to navigate the politics in the LGU, while protecting the integrity and image of the DILG.”

Region III— “ability to define the present political demand in the workplace and  ability to use your "stock knowledge," skills and positive attitude”

CARAGA- “ability to interface with your clients without political colors in the performance of your functions… and knowing the boundaries in between.”

NCR- “the challenges in NCR is extreme.  For you to survive DILG- you need 3 things—“tibay ng dibdib” “lakas ng loob” at “kapal ng mukha.”  Survival, organizational sensitivity, survive leadership - ability to be an enabler but with a very high understanding of what it takes to become a DILG officer.”

Region IX - "ability to say no to the demand of the officials, to face them and making hard decisions.”

Region I-  “is understanding and effectively managing situations involving political dynamics at play.”

CAR-  "is combination of art and science in performing your job w/o sacrificing the mandate of your job. It is an art and a skill.

NIR- “resiliency and courage amidst adversity. Exercise political sense, which is something you can’t learn, its INSTINCT. We should remember at the end of the day, we should protect the department and apply organizational sensitivity.”

Region II-  “ability to navigate political dynamics and calculate risks involved without compromising organizational integrity.”
