         <description><![CDATA[<div>Base on the article, there's 3 Motivational Theory are involve to describe motivation for Azizul to become best male athlete. <br><br>● <em>Being named as Victoria University’s best male athlete for 2017 <br></em><br>Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory: people are motivated to achieve certain needs and that some needs take precedence over others. For Azizul case, he motivated himself and slowly fulfill his motivational needs and level up to each hierarchy.<br><br><br>● <em>Azizul beat three other Australian finalists – to become the first foreign student to take the accolade during the Victoria University Sports Awards </em><br><br>This can also related with the first theory. Aside from the first theory, this also influence from Two-Factor Theory.<br><br>The Two-Factor Theory is where individuals look for the gratification of higher-level psychological needs having to do with achievement, recognition, responsibility, advancement, and the nature of the work itself<br><br>● <em>Sime Darby Foundation for his scholarship backing<br></em><br>This situation can be included in Two-Factor Theory where Azizul are motivated by the recognition and the reward given for his achievements. <br><br>Aside that, McClelland's Theory of Needs are involve for  people are motivated in the workplace by three main needs. The first need is the need for achievement or the drive to excel in relation to a set of defined standards. The second is the need for power, to make others behave in a way that they would not have behaved otherwise. The final need addressed in this theory is the need for affiliation. Affiliation looks at the relationship aspect and the desire for close relationships. <br><br>This conclude that Azizul have the three main needs based from McClellan Theory of Needs which he received sponsorship from Sime Darby and become part of CIMB Pro Cycling Team</div>]]></description>
