We were provided with samples in which we were actively engaged and had chance to experience and evaluate which activities work best. Through these activities l got new tips which l can adapt to my tasks in the classroom. We also worked collaboratively and exchanged ideas over the implementation of using technology. We compared and learned about new Web 2.0 tools and how to adapt them for writing. Overall l can say that today's lesson was stimulating. 2.There are a range of problems when it comes to listening&speaking. Most of the students don't have self confidence.Some of them don't feel the necessity to listen or speak.They have concerns to speak out in the class because of social pressure when they make mistakes, their friend may mock or etc.

We were supplied with various activities to draw Ss' attention such as brainstorming, using pictures, relate to real life etc. But what I had learned for the first time, and surprised me was implementing K/W/L chart. I will definitely try this in my lessons to sustain interest in the class.
2- As to the use of Flipped Learning in my classes, I can say that it can be difficult for me to check the works of the students individually because of the crowded classroom setting. However, assigning students with group work activities can ease this challenge here. However, the main problem is to be able to remember and use it correctly. Even starting to a lesson we used words today, which was very logical and relevent. One of my takeaways from this session was starting teaching vocab by pronunciation. As it is in natural aquisition of a language. 
It is important to categorize words, because when we categorize things on our brains, it's easier to remember. Ss should also personal ize the target words so that it will be more interesting and mwiemorable. Of course, l liked the idea of playing a "Dolmuş" game for practising. I would definitely  share it with my collegues. Also l liked bingo game, booked.com game if they have the facilities.
