Bob knows that Atticus has him beat when Atticus makes him write with his left hand,  Bob needs to do something to help his argument so he  verbally attacks Atticus. As evidence, " I'm a god fearing man. That Atticus Finch is trying to take advantage of me. Unquestionably, Tom tells the truth about how Mayella has never kissed a grown man, and wanted to but gets caught by her father. This proves Mayella is guilty because she lied on the stand making her no longer innocent.

As evidence, "I can't use my left hand at all. I got it caught in a cotton gin when I was twelve years old. All my muscles were torn loose." (61) Clearly, Tom Robinson would not be able to hurt Mayella due to him not having the use of his left hand.

For example Heck Tate says, "the right side. she had bruises on her arms and she showed her neck. There were definite finger marks on her gullet... all around [her neck]" (56)
Obviously, Tom Robinson couldn't of choked Mayella because he doesn't have use of his left hand.

There were bruises already comin' on her arms" (56). Heck Tate didn't really investigate and just believed what Bob and Mayella said because he saw her bruises but when Mayella went to the stand she said she didn't recall if he had hit her or not.

Clearly Tom Robinson is not guilty for raping Mayella. For example Atticus states,
"It has relied instead on the testimony of two witnesses... whose evidence has not only been called into serious question on cross-examination, but has been flatly contradicted by the defendant." Explain!

Without a doubt Tom is innocent because the story keeps changing with everyone who testifies.

Tom Robinson was blamed for attacking a white women but evidence that was given by Mayella and Tom states that Mayella, a white women, had broken a social law which states to not have affiliations with a black man. but she had forced herself onto Tom, which clearly shows that Tom couldn't do anything to stop it but tell her to stop and run.
