Personally, i do not have an 'All-time favourite teacher' but i love all of my teachers who taught me since Primary 1 because they are the one who led me to success and make me who i am today. I am really thankful to have such wonderful teachers that were able to lead and inspire me. They were there during my ups and downs, hence all of the teachers in Qihua Primary School are the best. I really hope the teachers will continue to pursue in teaching our juniors as the future depends on them.

Hi i am danial( 2017 alumni) and my favourite teachers would be between Cikgu Juliana and Mrs Karthi. Both of them have taught me important life lessons and both make good jokes which entertained my class.

A teacher not only teaches in the classroom but also in the outside world. A teacher teaches moral values students will recollect for the rest of their lives. As an ex-student of this school, I recognized that every teacher demonstrates the qualities mentioned. I would like to thank all my previous teachers for making me who I am today. I know this might sound cliche but this is the fact. I would especially like to thank my form teacher, Ms Sally and my mother tongue, Mrs kunalan. They were really supportive throughout my PSLE period and always support me when I am feeling down or discouraged.They gave me the strength to push on. I would like to show my gratitude towards Ms Raja, who was my P1 and P2 form teacher. I wanna thank Ms Raja for being super patient on my first day of school a decade ago. Till today, I still remember that there was once you gave me money to buy lunch when I forgot to bring money for recess. Among all the teachers, I miss Mdm Ang Lin the most! She has taught me since primary 3 (I moved from 3/5 to 3/4) as a form teacher, a math teacher and a science teacher🤩Looking at her handling 30+ kids every year, I know that it must be quite difficult for her. I can’t imagine myself to accomplish this especially when there were naughty students who would disobey instructions anytime. I have to admit, she is indeed an incredible teacher. I hope that teaching gets easier as she becomes more experienced😉Also, I am thankful that she would still spare time for our 6Respect class gathering after we left Qihua for years🙆‍♀️ Now that she is a mum of a very adorable daughter, I wish her and her family the best‼️‼️ Happy laoshi day @ Mdm Ang Lin, thank you for being my most favourite teacher in my primary school times✨✨

hello qihua teachers! upon writing this message, i realised that its just impossible to pick out a single teacher to express my gratitude, because there are so many teacher i owe thanks to. ive met many teachers in the different stages of my primary school journey and each one of them deserves recognition! i think that its really a blessing to have met soooo many kind and dedicated teachers. throughout my 6 years in qihua, i have never felt alone, helpless or invalidated. i think qihua has really built a safe environment for students to learn and make mistakes. from the first day of school in p1, to subject based streaming in p3, to graduation day in p6, every teacher that ive met have been nothing but encouraging. your help and guidance have really helped me to grow from a clueless little kid to a mature individual. even during stressful times, you prioritised our wellbeing and constantly encouraged us to push through.
to the teachers who taught me in lower primary, thank u for always accompanying me at the school gate when my parents were late to fetching me.
to the teachers who taught me everything i needed to know to ace my psle, thank u for trying your best to teach us and for having the patience to deal with our nonsense.
to my cca teachers, thank you for giving me the chance to develop and hone my skills, in which i am now still actively pursuing.
to the p6 yearheads, thank you for being more like a friend than a teacher and forging genuine relationships with us.

It's a pity that I couldn't go back for 2 years ever since I had graduated. I am very thankful for my Maths teacher,Mr Ramesh for patiently teaching me which made me still being able to constantly do well in Secondary now. Thank you Mr Ramesh for entertaining us and making us happy everyday during our PSLE year. I am also very thankful for Mdm Tan. She taught me in Primary 5 and she was very easy going. She is so nice that she lends me a listening year when I needed someone to talk to. She is so easy going that I am able to share alot about myself to her and she always listened.She always give me support when I needed it. I extremely thankful for Mrs Lim. She had taught me English 3 years from primary 4 to primary 6. She gave me alot support and help when in need. She was also very open for questions! Thank you Mrs Lim,that made me who I am now!!

hi!!! i would like to express my appreciation and thanks to all the teachers that have taught me throughout the years i've spent in Qihua. its quite saddening that many of us are still not able to go back to Qihua to celebrate teachers day or to visit the school because of the pandemic. although i can barely remember anything that happened in primary school, i would like to thank all the teachers for teaching me and for entering my life at some point. i appreciate all your efforts for teaching me and my classmates. its very incredible how there's many teachers that could tolerate my class and was very patient with us. i admired many of you for how kind and patient you were for teaching and how you could teach such a batch of students. i cant remember the memories i had in Qihua but i sure do know some of them were good ones. have a great day ahead and enjoy the rest of your lives!! everything will get better eventually, we just have to have a little hope and faith. hang in there and happy teachers day!! :) <3

it’s a pity that i’m unable to be back in Qihua to visit the teachers but i’m glad that we are able to use the form of technology to show our appreciation. My all-time favorite teacher has always been my form and math teacher Miss Sally. She was really patient with us and taught us a lot in my primary school life. i am glad that i was able to be one of her students. Mr Zhou has also been an amazing mother tongue teacher that taught me a lot and made me do so much better. The teachers made me who i am today in secondary school, without them i don’t think i am able to achieve what i have today. Hopefully, we will be able to visit the teachers next year!

Thank you to all the teachers that helped me through a stressful yet beautiful 6 years! I really enjoyed the activities and the celebrations we had like the 80th Anniversary Of Qihua! And I can't tell you how much i miss going on Learning Journeys and Camps that had made up most of my Primary School Years' memories. I have made many good friends and I am greatful that i was in such a wonderful school. I also missed the times when I played soccer with the rest of the classes in 2019. I also have to say that the P5 Outdoor Camp was hands down, the best experience i have ever had because it has taught me how to live without the help of my family members and being independent for the rest of my life. I want to thank Mrs Raj for being the best p6 teacher and Mrs Lee for being the best principal.

It’s been a long time since the batch of 2020 P6 have met the Teachers. The batch of 2020 is still in close contact till now and we all missed the Teachers. From the scolding from Mrs Karthi to the shouting of Mr Ramesh and Ms Esther. Even though it’s not pleasant but I missed those scoldings 🤣 We have spoke for a long time due to this covid but pandemic but through this Padlet message, I just wanna wish a very very happy Teacher’s Day. it was a shame that I couldn’t go back to visit my fellow teachers in qihua, but I believe that the memories are still in my heart. I want to thank mrs cheok, my primary 1 & 2 form teacher ! ( 2014) for letting me experience care and love, I still remember those times where you would give us candy whenever we did good in our worksheets. Secondly ms sally !! One of my favourite teacher ☺️ thank you for all the good times I had, I am truly grateful to have you as my form teacher for 2 years ! I still kept all those letters you written to me, I would still read those during tough moments. Thank you for always making our lessons fun and exciting, even though my grades wasn’t what I have expected you told us that our marks did not matter, it made me feel so much better. Next mr tay, sometimes I would think science is boring but taking your lessons changed my definition of science. I do enjoy science in secondary school now, yes I am learning my science well 😂 do not worry. We have mr siew next in line, I really love math because of your teaching, you would always make us laugh during lessons which actually soothes me down because you were known as being scary, but I definitely doubt that, all thanks to you, I scored higher then my expectations and it was my first time getting this high! It really made me love math even more. Same for mdm Ang! My another good math teacher, I enjoy having your lessons too! You would give us treats like candy and snacks whenever we answer your questions right, our class was so energetic because of it. Thank you for letting us have remedial even though it was the holidays. Also a side note , congratulations on your pregnancy!! Last but not least Mdm shikin! thank you for being a good form teacher for our class! The most memorable moment with you was during our graduation dance practice! One of the moment I would never forget. Also congratulations on your new born ! I hope your new born child will be happy and healthy ! overall, I had a good primary school life thanks to all the teachers I have met. As much as I would like to rock the rims of the shorter basketball courts at the school coronavirus is still a thing so I can't do that and as much as I would like to tell everyone I have changed I can't thank you to all my teachers that made my years in primary school so memorable and thanks to all my friends for making everyday so fun. Thank you to the principal who allowed sports and implemented a way for all classes to be able to play sports safely even when schools aren't supposed to allow their students to play sports, and also for being the most nice principal ever. HBL was also something it even completely jumbled up my brain in terms of remembering what significant event happened at time interval though I won't forget those moments, graduation was also something so surreal to me I have gone through 6 years of education in the same school without any notable troubles. Now there is another 4 years ahead of me I'm sure everyone can speak for me that this next 4 years will be some of the most fun I will certainly try to make it to be while finding out new hobbies and new places in Singapore. Once again THANK YOU QIHUA FOR ALL THE MEMORIES I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU😭😭😭😭😭♥️♥️

hi teachers !! it's a pity that we are not able to visit you guys on teachers day for the past 2 years. I hope all the teachers are doing well and are healthy.
I would like to thank Mdm Zarinah who had taught me when I was in my p1 and p2 years. Thank you for being the support that I needed when I was in my early years of primary. Eventhough Ms Ee is not teaching in Qihua anymore, I would like to thank her for making science lesson enjoyable for our class and having remedial classes after school to help the weaker ones. When I first joined Qihua, I never thought I would like school. I have always hated studying since a young age but the teachers here at qihua made learning so much fun. They not only taught us how to do math English and science, they taught us how to be a better person. I have learnt so much within these six years. Six years may seem like a very long time, but to me it feels like it was just yesterday that I was coming to qihua for the first time. 6 years went by in the blink of an eye and my Teachers where there by me the whole time. I am grateful for all the great memories they gave me. I have been scolded by my teachers many many times, but now I realised that they did it for my own good. I miss their scoldings 🥲 This year I was really hoping to come back to qihua to thank my Teachers for helping me get to where I am. I have become a better person, but unfortunately that was not possible. I remember for Children’s Day, our Teachers would do tik Tok dances for us and buy us McDonald’s. It had become a tradition to make mr Kiat dance for us during special occasions apparently 😂 (sorry mr Kiat). Our Teachers have done so much for us and words can describe how grateful I am.Thank you again to all my Teachers for helping me and taking care of me for the past six years.

老师们好。我们已有一年多时间没见了，不知道老师们最近还好吗。由于疫情的原因，我们无法见面。原本我和我的朋友们有很多计划返校但也没办法只能通过这个网络来问候老师们。
教师节要到了，我再次祝老师们一个教师节快乐，感谢你们的教育之恩。我还记得我小一的时候我第一个华文老师是王老师和洪老师。那时候我对华文没兴趣并且也不会说华语。渐渐的我上到小二，这也是最难忘的一年。我在小二的时间被一位很有经验的老师教了我华文。那就是赖老师（不太会写他的名字），他叫了我许多人生道理并且慢慢的让我学会说华文。可是时间总是很快就过，很快我就上了三年级。
三年级的那时候，我进到了郭老师的班，那时候我很调皮每次都不听话。郭老师也每次骂我，好怀念那瞬间，她教了我两年了，让我热爱华文也慢慢对华文有兴趣。在四年级的时候我才明白了华文的重要性也开始试着加强我的华文。那一年多的努力没白费，我五年级上了高级华文，那年我们学校有许多大大小小的活动，有的可以让我们的华文变强，有的让我们学新知识。我很感谢学校从三年级开始让我去了千句文的课也让我们上了弟子规。这些课是金钱都难买的。
我还记得我升六年级时，我的华文曾经不及格过。但是我五年级的老师也就是陈老师对我没放弃，在我最不幸的时候给了我魔鬼训练，这个是我最可怜和难忘的瞬间但我现在很怀念那被骂和魔鬼训练的时候。感谢陈老师的魔鬼训练让我在会考当中拿下我想要的成绩。
谢谢启化的每位老师尤其是华文老师让我变成一个更好的自己，让我的华文数学英文和科学有所进步。教师节快乐！

Happy Teachers Day to Mr Ramesh. Thank you for teaching me Mathematics. I had improved a lot for Math during P5 and 6. I used to thought that Math was very hard, but actually it’s not. And I still remember the stories that you had shared with the class. Also, I would like to thank Mrs Ting and Mdm Wong.

To all teachers in qihua , HAPPY TEACHERS’ DAY !! :D It’s unfortunate that we cant visit Qihua but i hope all of you are doing well ! Firstly , i would like to thank Mr Kiat and Mdm Quek for guiding me and helping me through the last 2 years of my primary school life .
To Mdm Tang 陈老师, thank you for giving me countless opportunities and helping me with my table tennis skills and mt too !
To teachers of the prefectorial board ( Mdm Tok , Mdm Tanty, Mdm Sofie , etc ) thank you for giving me a place to learn and grow . I am very honoured to be able to contribute as a leader in my primary school life .
To Mr Teo , thank you for making PE lessons fun and also giving me advice whenever i was facing problems .
To Mrs Karthi , thank you for always making english class interesting and enjoyable! Thank you for teaching us important values too ! Hope to see you soon !

To all QHPS teachers and non teaching staff, wishing all of you a happy teacher's day. Thank you for constantly guiding the students with patience and for creating a safe environment for us. We immensely appreciate all of your hard work. To cikgu Ain, Thank you for being someone I could trust and for always being there for me since primary 1. You have been a great support to me and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into making lessons more enjoyable so that your students have a better understanding. I wouldn't be where I am today without you. To all the teachers who have taught me during my time in Qihua, thank you for teaching and inspiring me constantly.
