The IB Diploma is a relevant requirement for students who wish to apply to different universities and institutions around the world.  However, the various institutions (universities, colleges), offer different options for students who wish to apply for admissions.

A gap year is recommended for students who may need to explore their own interests and goals.

The Gap Year (or sabbatical) can be as long as an entire year or be as short as 6 months. The main goal is to spend the break constructively so that there are no lost learning and growth opportunities.

Suggestions for activities:
1. Volunteering locally or abroad 
2. Internships at prospective companies or industries 
3. Travelling
