         <description><![CDATA[<p>I agree to exploring good behaviour more, however extreme/bad behaviour shouldn't go unnoticed. Perhaps if we're looking at theories we could do scenarios or we could work in groups on a smartphone/tablet to research a particular theory and feedback to the rest of the group, which i think will help embed the theory side more :)   </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I have a student with a male ego (rugby player, quite normal behvaiour in male competitivness) but it is dividing him from the others in the class as he his talented and quick learning and always thinks he his right, however, i was thinking of pairing him up with someone in the class not so quick learning or would this not be the best idea? how can i use his quick learning to engage with other students rather than it create a barrier</p>]]></description>

Another focus that&nbsp;I would find useful&nbsp;would be on very passive learners &nbsp;and how to better encourage their involvement and get them to make greater contributions to lessons.</P>]]></description>
