Question 1) I made a TikTok video about me, including my name, age, place of birth, family/friends, favourite foods/animals and things I have engaged in.
Question 2) In my video, the things that went well was that I actually made the video and it worked because I have never done one before.
Question 3) Something I would do different is to talk about the video more.

Evidence 2 -> Enrolling at college
Question 1) When I started at college, I had to talk to teachers about my GCSE Grades and my previous college, I had to give them multiple reasons as to why I want to join and why they should allow me on the course, because I'm 19 years old, I almost had to pay to join but because of my grades and communication they allowed me onto the course without paying.
Question 2) Things that went well was that I was able to join the course.
Question 3) I wouldn't do anything different because I am where I want to be.

Evidence 3 -> Work
Question 1) At work we have a lot of agency staff so I have to communicate with them and train them how to work on a bar so we can start our shift.
Question 2) Nothing goes well because they don't listen and most of them have never worked on a bar before.

Question 1) On induction week, 6 of us had to all stand on a piece of tarpaulin and fold it without standing on the floor.
Question 2) We folded it first and non of us touched the floor.
Question 3) I wouldn't change anything because we won.

Evidence 2 -> At work
Question 1) We all put in a group effort to collect glasses, wash them and put them away.
Question 2) We managed to get 1,000 put back on the shelves in around 25 minutes.
Question 3) I would make sure the staff we have work more effectively.

Evidence 3 -> At college
Question 1) we played a game called bucket ball, where we threw a ball into a bucket and we were in teams.
Question 2) We won a couple of the games.

Question 2) Millions of tonnes of food go to waste.
Question 3) Recycle, buy sustainable products, rinse containers, buy refills, walk instead of public transport.

Question 1) We have recycling bins and use them regularly.
Question 2) We always make sure to put things in the right bins.
Question 3) Shop for more recycled things.

Evidence 3-> Work
Question 1) We use paper and plastic straws.
Question 2) We are helping by using paper straws.
