2. Read, discuss and rethink 
- Ts read and discuss the IB requirements for collaboration (from the IB Programme Standards and Practices)
- Ts read and discuss some definitions of collaboration (from the From principles into practices doc) 
- Ts read the leadership capabilities
- Ts review their Y-chart and add, edit, take away and/or include elements
3. Grade-level groups share their Y-chart with the other groups 
4. Closure: Exit ticket or word cloud based on the initial question "What is collaboration?
