Jeffrey Dahmer, an American serial killer. He took 17 lives of men and boys for over 13 years, since 1978 until 1991. As he was "hunting" for his victims, he specifically wanted Black men. He would go to the gay bars, malls and bus stops and persuade them to go back to his place by promising them money or sex. Before strangling them to dead, they were given drug-laced beer. Afterwards, he would perform sex acts on the corpses before ripping their body parts and disposing it. At some point, he will save some body bits as his "souvenirs".

After he killed and performed sex acts on the corpses, he routinely photographed his victims at different stages of his murderous act so he could remember and relive every act again. Fortunately, his disgusting act came to an end when he was captured in 1991 and was sentenced to 16 life sentences.
