         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Clint joined KPMG in 2011 as a trainee accountant in the Durban office, South Africa. As part of the Regional Audit business unit, his clients included those in the manufacturing, gaming and property sectors. In 2012, Clint was accredited as a KPMG trainer and went on to join the Global Learning and Development team in Montvale, USA to develop learning content for member firms across the KPMG world. During this nine month secondment, he also facilitated modules across the country for multidisciplinary audiences.<br><br>On returning to South Africa in 2014 and qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (SA), Clint joined the L&amp;D team in the South African KPMG practice full time where he has worked ever since. From initially training technical audit, Clint’s skills have developed to see him now facilitate soft skills, advisory and business development courses across the sub-Saharan region. He currently leads the Digital Learning Solutions team responsible for eight countries and is passionate about digital training interventions. When not training in the classroom, he’s invariably found developing modules for eLearning and virtual classroom.</em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Chandika has just been promoted to Principal of Brackenhurst Primary School. She joined the Education Department in 1999 as a post level 1 educator at Kenton Primary School. She was promoted to Head of Department at Glenview Primary School in 2007. Chandika then was promoted to Deputy Principal at Brackenhurst Primary in 2009. This year, on 1 July 2019, she has been promoted to Principal of Brackenhurst Primary.</em> <br><br><em>Chandika has competed her HDip Ed, B.Ed (Hons) and M.Ed in Education. She is currently studying her second Masters degree in ITC in Education. She would like to see her school develop from being a great school to an excellent one in digital education. <br> <br> She introduced the concept of going paperless into the digital world at Brackenhurst Primary in 2014. She currently strives to introduce new and current digital technology in innovative ways to make learning and teaching better, allowing all stakeholders to fully participate in 4IR. <br> <br> Chandika provides various development opportunities to her staff and learners to create and develop resources to enhance teaching and learning at her school. She readily provides in-service training to others schools in implementing digital technology at school level. Her vision for education in South Africa is to see all schools develop into first world educational ecosystems providing opportunities to all learners to participate and interact globally.</em>   <br><br><br>  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Mfanawethu P Cele received Secondary Teachers Diploma in the field of Mathematics and Sciences from Eshowe College of Education, followed by Higher Diploma in Education in the field of computing at the University of South Africa. Then, He developed the interest in computing hence, pursued BSc in computer Science, specializing in Computer Science and Information Technology (Software Engineering) at the University of South Africa. That was followed by BSc Hon in the field of Information Systems also at the University of South Africa. Furthermore, he pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Knowledge and Information System management which is equivalent to Honors Degree at the University of Stellenbosch and is currently studying towards the Masters in Education in the field of Information Computer Technology at the University of Johannesburg. <br></em><br></div><div><em>His current work portfolio is a Deputy Chief Education Specialist in the e-Learning Directorate at the Eastern Cape Department of Education. His core responsibilities include:<br></em><br></div><div>·        <em>The professional development of educators regarding ICT integration         </em></div><div>·        <em>The distribution of electronic content via web platforms        </em></div><div>·        <em>The provisioning of ICT infrastructure </em></div><div>·        <em>Co-management and support of Partnership Projects</em></div><div>·        <em>Researching and advising the executive management on the new and emerging trends in the field of Information Communication Technologies and their impact in Education.</em></div><div>·        <em>Monitoring of Utilization of ICT resources, Support and Evaluation of the impact thereof<br></em><br></div><div><em>His professional interests focus on research in how does the exposure of the children at the young age to digital devices impact on their health as well as their performance at school. In addition, he occupies different positions in different organizations in the society. </em></div>]]></description>
