1. The most important U.S. Supreme court Case is the U.S. v. Nixon. It shows that the president should not have all of the power.

1.The most important court cases to me is U.S vs Nixon because it show that the president has the same power as the other branches and he can't over step his power with the branches.

Of all the court cases I think the Plessy vs Ferguson. Because it is more important than all the rest. Because all races and colors should be treated the same.

I think the most important court case of today is Miranda vs Arizona because Ernesto Miranda was not read his rights so he was automatically taken to court, he was convicted of kidnapping an 18 year old girl and for rape. Also because Miranda wasn't read his rights so that case then made it to where people were read there rights.

I think that the most important U.S Supreme court case is Brown vs the board of education. Because that's the case that brought the school together. And he wanted the schools to be equal and by them being together they will be equal.

If i were to say which, in my own opinion I would say my case at lest the one that I covered and that was of course "Plessy VS Ferguson" and why? because I went over that case studied it...Well and if I had to give some examples it would be because it had a lot to do with allot of the colored and stuff problem and also showing how they..The folks were not putting a persons right first....like it said in their own constitution..So yeah...&& that is what started the whole Segregation...!!!Problem..

The one thing that i think was the most important is roe vs wade. Because roe had a abortion and Texas said she couldn't have one.

1.the most important thing to me is brown vs board of education because he was trying to get blacks and whites in the same school because his daughter is black and he wanted blacks and whites to get to know each other.

the case of us nixon is the most important case so far. Because of the fact that a president is not the best person in the world. He cand get in trouble too. not just the lower class people.

Plessy VS. Ferguson because if that case didn't happen then Martin Luther King Jr. wouldn't have created his speech to try to stop racisism.

I think that the most important one was Roe v.s Wade. I think this because It was the supreme court on the issue on abortion. It was the thing that made abortion legal in all states. Even though I don't agree with abortion I think that this was a very important event.
