I love Design Technology because you get to do loads of very fun and exciting activities and you get to cook lots of really tasty foods. In Design Technology you don't just cook and make things you have a lot of fun and the teachers are the best. They will do anything to get you to the stage that you are and they won't hesitate to help you with anything. The teachers aren't just good teachers in lesson they are great in  the corridor and if you need anyone to talk to, any teacher will be available to help you.

I have enjoyed all projects because they are very creative. The teachers are all really kind and they help you if you need it. The projects are very unique and you have lots of fun getting stuck into the project and then the bell ruins your fun. You will definitely enjoy coming to CTK because it has a lot of opportunities

In Design and Technology here at Christ the king, it’s so fun. You have a lot of opportunities and u can make really cool things. We also have food technology and textiles where you can make different types of clothing and see different types of fabric. I really enjoy DT, it’s a very good lesson to learn from.

Hi to the year 6/7 pupils, just a little message to tell you of my experience with Design Technology. For me it is an enjoyable subject, it is good to make something creative with your own hands using the tools provided and to see how the finished result is achieved. It is a subject that might inspire some pupils to think what they might want to do for a job in the future. My favorite design was the mirror.

I really liked cooking I especially liked making the pizza toast. In cookery at school you get to share a kitchen with a partner, and wash up after, I have never done this before at primary school. In textiles we made made a cushion cover, I had never used a sewing machine before it was exciting!

I enjoyed making the guinea pig mirror and giving it to my sister and also making the key chain of a bird. DT is good because we draw and make things.

Hi new Year 6 pupils, Design Technology is a really fun lesson where you obviously design cool things, my personal favourite was the key ring.
