Mama shows an example of loyal by sticking to the idea of buying this new house. It shows loyal to her deceased husband because without his money, this wouldn't be happening and she is staying loyal by going through with all of this. She also shows loyal towards the family. Because she is doing the best for them by buying this house.

Mama nurtures Travis all the time. He's her grandson of course she's going to spoil him and nurture him. On page 90, she talks to Travis about he check that came in that morning and told him her plan about buying the house. She asked him if he wanted a new big house to live in. He responded yes. She wanted to check in with him first because he's all she is worried about at the moment. And his answer is all she cares about. She's so down to Earth and helps around the house especially with Travis. She's always making sure everything is up to date and everything is good and in shape. She's religious and soft hearted and she is a woman of her word. She obviously knows what she's doing. I do feel some sympathy for Mama. She's doing all this hard work for everyone in the household, and the two kids Walter and Bennie, are responding with attitude because they're not getting the money for their own dreams. This is related to Mama in the play A Raisin in The Sun. It's related to Mama because Mama shows loyalty to the family by protecting it and doing what she can for the benefit for the Younger family. Her family is her Empire. And in order to make the "king" a.k.a.
